Dell Latitude D610

The first laptop I have ever seen in my life. The device that convinced me to the Dell Latitude series.

Structurally and visually identical to the predecessor (D600), although for some reason the built-in microphone was omitted.
Compared to the C family, the D Series uses a newer docking station, modules (such as drives, a caddy for a second drive or a second battery) and has introduced a plug standard for the power supply, which is used in Dells to this day. Models D600 and D610 were advertised with a reinforced construction, built on a magnesium lid and frame inside the laptop.

The D610 later in production was slightly changed to additionally strengthen the power socket, soldered to the motherboard.
As you can see in the picture of the back of the laptop, this unit is after revision, because it has a protruding ring. Originally the D610 had a completely flat back here.

In addition, I added an optional Bluetooth 2.0 EDR module, mSATA SSD in a PATA adapter, 2 GB of RAM in place of the factory's 512 MB and a Pentium M 750 instead of 740.
