Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017)

A representative of the mid-range, although there were a lot of competitors offering better specs for the same money.

I would call it the Galaxy Ace of the new age of Android. Although like the newer S-series models, the A3 is also made of higher-end materials. The days of painted, glossy plastic are gone, thankfully.

This is also the last Samsung phone with a screen smaller than 5". There are simply no such devices on the market today.

The sore points of this phone are the Super AMOLED display, through which the HD resolution gives a less sharp picture in comparison to IPS technology, and the camera. While you can appreciate the perfectly flat back of the device, without protruding lens, unfortunately, autofocus performs averagely, and the sensor itself copes poorly with longer exposure times. It is quite difficult to take a sharp photo, especially in more difficult lighting conditions.
